1. Check whether it has actually been loaded
2. Reload it
3. If it didn't load, check if it's installed!
4. It will not download automatically. Activate this under Multiplayer > Server Settings > Server Rescourepack set to True
5. Download the zip file from the texture pack on the website and try this
6. Concat a support

Place the plugin in your server's plugins folder, restart the server, and check the console for errors.
