How:
There are two ways to spawn a weapon dealer. The first is if you have OP or the appropriate permissions then you can simply enter /kiwis.merchant and a weapon merchant will spawn. The second method is for survival mode. For this you need a TNT block and a diamond block. Once you have all the blocks you need, place the TNT block on the ground and place the diamond block on top of the TNT block and a weapon merchant will spawn.

Note: You cannot spawn more than 6 weapon dealers in survival mode. This is a default setting you can easily change in the config.

It's possible that you still have an old KiwisGuns texture pack in your .minecraft/downloads folder. Simply delete all files in that folder to make sure the old version is removed. Then reconnect to the server to automatically download the texture pack again. If it still doesn't work, download the texture pack manually from the website.
